Life Advice from an 81-Year-Old Skier
Everyone needs to hear this
Simon is 81 years old.
And he skis down 3,000m high mountains.
I asked him about his health secrets.
Here's the life advice everyone needs to hear:

1. Get 9 hours of sleep
We all know how important sleep is.
Still we deprive ourselves of enough sleep.
2. Never stop learning
"Die in the evening"
When he told me this I was a bit confused.
"When I die, I want to die in the evening. So I can still learn during daylight," Simon said.
The day you stop learning you die.
3. Retire early
Goal: build and sell a company (this is what I’m trying to do lol).
4. Don’t work too much
Life is too short to spend it in front of a screen.
It's bit contrarian to point 3.
But I believe in the concept of front loading your work into the early years of your life.
5. Eat clean and healthy
Simple but not easy.
Sugar pumped and processed foods everywhere.
Avoid it as much as you can.
Treat yourself tho once a week he said.
Luckily in Switzerland (where he lives) you can still find very raw and unprocessed foods.
Which of these have you implemented already?
See you next week guys
