How to focus for 12h+ a day like a millionaire
9 actionable steps

This is a productivity / biohacking post.
It will help you get into this deep desired focus, so you can succeed.
I learned this over the past 5+ years.
Here are 9 ACTIONABLE steps:
Wake up early
Ideally at 6am. Why, Timo, I can also work at night right? Yeah we all know how that usually goes. There are a lot of distractions at night. People who want you to hang out with. And your brain is not fresh anymore. Because many decisions were made during the daytime already. I have the best focus in the morning. It’s quiet, your brain is fresh. When you think of a multi millionaire, do you think they wake up late or early?
Fast
Your brain works better in fasted state. Period. It's a scientific fact, watch Andrew Hubmerman. I’ve been doing this for 5+ Years. And it changed my life. My first meal is around 1pm. Before that the only thing that enters my body is water and black coffee.
Eat low carb
No Carbs in the morning or lunch. Only in the evening. Otherwise you are going to crash like a car into a tree and you go on a glucose rollercoaster. I can explain more about how glucose levels impact your focus in another post.
Consider a midday nap
Now I don’t do this often but when I do my brain always feels amazing. Listen to the Joe Rogan episode with Matt Walker about sleep. It will change your life
Work out daily
It’s a no brainer. At least 30min of exercise a day has been proven to impact your brain health positively.
Hardest task first thing in the morning
Always think: does this task right now moves the needle in my business? Does updating this website button actually help me get more customers? Or should I be doing something else?

It’s called UnDistracted: I’ll show you a screenshot of how my YouTube start page looks like. YouTube is great for learning things. However, it's also a massive attention grabber. We all know we can spend hours and hours on YouTube. There's always a great new clip. You don’t wanna do that if you are trying to be successful and get productive.
Focus on 1 task at a time
Multitasking never works. Have you seen the Apple Vision Pro Demo? The glasses track your eyes and only sharpen the area of the screen that you focus on right now. Because Apple knows only where you look with your eyes, your brain can focus as well. So don’t do multiple things at once. One thing after another.
Don't touch your phone until 1pm
Your phone is an attention grabbing monster. Unless you need your phone for work (for example cold calls) don’t touch it until 1pm. This way you’ll have 7 hours of undistracted focus and are ahead of 99% of people who start their day by checking TikTok.
